Terms of Service

These are the terms for using Cue. By buying or using Cue you agree to them. We wrote them in plain words so you can actually read them.

Who we are

Cue is sold by Integral Life Group LLC, doing business as Cue, an Arizona company. "We" and "us" mean that company. "You" means the person or business that buys Cue.

What Cue is

Cue is a CRM for people who sell by phone. After you pay, a working account is built for you, usually within about 20 minutes, and your login is sent to the email you gave at checkout. Cue is a tool. It does not make sales for you and does not promise any level of sales, leads or income.

Price and billing

• Cue costs $97 per month. One plan.
• Payment is taken by Stripe. Your subscription renews every month on the day you first paid until you cancel.
• If a payment fails, we may pause your account until it is paid.
• We may change the price in the future. If we do, we will tell you by email at least 30 days before it applies to you.

Cancelling and refunds

Cancel any time. No refunds. To cancel, email hello@cuecrm.ai or call (602) 739-6223. We stop billing you from the next renewal. Time already paid for is not refunded, in part or in full.

Your account

• Keep your login private. You are responsible for what happens under it.
• Use Cue only for lawful business. You are responsible for following the laws and rules that apply to your calls, texts and emails, including consent, do-not-call lists and the rules of the phone carriers. Breaking them can get your number blocked and your account closed.
• Do not use Cue to send spam, scams or anything illegal, and do not try to break into or copy the service.
• We can close an account that breaks these terms. If we do, no refund is owed.

Your data

The contacts, notes and records you keep in Cue are yours. We use them only to run the service for you, as our Privacy Policy explains. We do not sell them. If you cancel, ask us and we will give you an export of your contacts before the account closes.

Our limits

We work hard to keep Cue running, but it is provided "as is". Outages, delays and mistakes can happen, including with third-party services we rely on such as phone carriers, ad platforms and payment processing. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost sales, lost profits or other indirect loss, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will post the new version here with a new date and email account holders. Using Cue after that date means you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Maricopa County, Arizona.
